One or more clients fail to connect to your server. You examine the DEBUG log file and discover a remark just like this one:

#Remark: 1899-01-01 00.00.00 [TH:1042] Client connection from [xxx.xxx.xx.xx] was refused due to IP security configuration

When the log specifically says that the connection was "refused due to IP security configuration" there can be only 1 single reason for it: you have added at least 1 (or more) IP address or network to your white-list, but now the client is trying to connect from an IP address that is not white-listed.

As documented in this comprehensive knowledge base article explaining the various "lists" available in Syncplify.me Server!, the white-list is restrictive, so once you decide to use it you have to be aware that your server will only and exclusively allow access to clients connecting from white-listed IP addresses.

Add the client's IP address (or network) to the white-list and the client will be able to connect.
