WebClient! is an add-on product that was introduced with Syncplify.me Server! version 5.1; so, in short, you'll need to be running at least version 5.1 of Syncplify.me Server! in order to be able to use WebClient!
Also, WebClient! comes built into the Ultimate edition of Syncplify.me Server!, but it requires the payment of a license fee in order to use it in conjunction with the Basic or Professional editions. This is another thing you may want to bear in mind when deciding which edition of Syncplify.me Server! you're going to buy.
